Pours a cloudy deep orange/brown with little to no head. Sourness in the aroma. Taste is sour up front, real tart, with some maltiness but mostly citrus sourness.

Bottle pour at sourfest. Pours with a lightly hazed copper-golden hued body with no head. Aromas are of grapes, musty, funky, red and white wine. Medium vinous. Flavors are tart. Very, very acidic, red wine, acetic. Huge acetic burn on the finish that is pretty unbearable.

750 capped. Pours ruddy Carolina mud brown with low-level Guinness cascade and very little head. Nose is gueuezy, very lactic and acidic, with sour mashy malt, notes of pear and apple. Tastes tart, like a very tart lambic with low levels of apple cider flavor, honey, a big lactic finish, earthy notes, Overall tastes like a gueuezy apple cider

The beer pours a hazy orange sort of color with a white head. The nose is quite reminiscent of an extremely catty Sauvignon blanc. Very...wild with a sharp acidity to the nose, quite a bit of wood, a bit of saw dust, and light fruits such as melon, pear, and apple. The flavor is almost searingly acidic. Very, very sour with some strong lemon and acetone notes. Quite a bit of white wine, grapes, and melon. Just a bit too much for me.

Ale aged in oak barrel, brewed in 2006

Cloudy amber color, with very little carbonation, sparse bubbles. It has strong acidic aroma, some acetone, wood, dusty cellar, fruits, light cheese.
The flavor is extremely sour, there is really too much acetone, paint thinner; some malt flavor, light wood, bread, cheese. The final is more lemony, still aggressively sour.
It reminds me of the extreme tests done by Storm in Canada. Too much to be really good; and also very difficult to drink.

courtesy of Laurent Mousson - slightly hazy dark orange beer with no head retention; the aroma is a bit solvent-like with notes of almonds and sour cherries; low carbonation and a medium malt backbone; some sweetness behind the solid sourness; sticky and decently dry with a chewy aftertaste of sour cherries and a lingering acidity; strong notes of wood - not fully sure what to make of it
