Bouteille 33 cl de Boissons Center - Montagny (CH). Brune-orange à belle mousse crème. Nez d’orange sanguine, levure et gingembre. Le goût est fruité d’oranges amères et zeste, malt et uin peu trop de gingembre, quinquina. Acidulité et amertume correctes, bière d’hiver sans lourdeur ni épaisseur sucrée, corps toutefois assez mince.

Cloudy amber color, small head. Strange aroma, some hot spices (the ginger probably) and something that seems an initial infection. Smooth mouthfeel, some malt flavor, evident ginger, some bitter orange in the final, and an apparent acidity.
