UPDATED: MAR 31, 2013 Pierwszy mój miód pitny. Stwierdzam że nie przepadam za nimi jeśli dość podobnie smakują. Słodycz to po pierwsze aż się lepią usta. Kolor faktycznie jak miodu, zarówno na zimno jak i na ciepło wszędzie dominuje słodkość i lepkość. Nie dla mnie lecz bardziej dla łasuchów. Przeszkadzało mi także odczucie alkoholowego posmaku.

Aroma is semi-dry, clear honey, sherry, wood, light alcoholic perfume, faint notes of soy sauce and dried apricots. Sweet taste with a warm, semi-dry finish, aftertaste of honey and dry wood. Nice one.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear dark amber without head. Aroma is sweet, honey and flowers. Flavor is quite sweet. Quite sweet finish with warming alcohol. 300312

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Amber with no head. Aroma of port, peach, wood, honey and whisky. Sweet vineous rich flavour with dried fruit, brown sugar, walnuts and caramel.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear amber with no head. Aroma is honey, rich, sugar and a little perfume. Flavour is honey, perfume, sugar, sweet and fruit.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Mid March Tasting, 2012. Pours amber with no head. Sweet nose of caramel, syrup, nuts, dark fruit and honey. Quite complex. Sweet and sticky . Warming alcohol.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear brown - no head. Raisins, fruity, berries, honey, deep honey sweetness, light roasted notes, caramel. Smooth - Lovely.

[ Thx to fiulijn & The Cph Crew ]. Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, perfume, flowers. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, honey, perfume. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20111030]

Bottle at Papsø. Clear orange coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, honey and dried fruits. Sweet and fruity flavour of honey, caramel, berries and dried fruits with notes of alcohol. Warming alcoholic finish.
