Danish: Slightly inebriated male person constructed mostly of compacted snow and ice seeks equally coldhearted woman with lewd fantasies for mutual warmth and very short walks. Please call between December and late February only.
Husbryg for You’ll Never Walk Alone

Bottle. A huge, collapsing, light beige head forms over a mostly clear, dark amber to copped colored body. The aroma is pretty herbal, with cooked vegetables, toffee and some piney hints. It’s quite chocolatey on the palate, cocoa and toffee too. There’s a touch of bitterness and brown sugar too. It’s full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated, semi-dry. Lightly roasted, chocolatey finish with some bitterness. Pretty nutty too in the finish. There’s some qualities here, chocolate, nuts, but overall it’s both uninteresting and not very well brewed. 140111

On tap at ’You’ll Never Walk Alone’, pub, Kolding, Denmark Sat 24th Oct’ 09 Pours dark brown a little hazy with an off-white head. Touch of ’Mr Sheen’ furniture polish on the nose, old leather and a dab of spices. Taste is warming and spicy, sweet in the aftertaste, is there some cloves in here?, bitterness coming through its not totally my thing but its fine and well brewed. A6 A3 F6 P3 Ov12 3.0
