COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
That’ll teach them!

BB 2005. This beer simply surprised. Having seen Troldhede on the market a couple of years ago but no beer never really gotten my attention. Yellow with fine creamy white head. Lemon , hops & malts. Easy yeasty feel. Full body with a medium sweet taste. Very pleasant easy hoppy finish!

Bottle. Nice hoppy aroma. Absolutely no head (and i tried again and again to get one) and carbonation is more like a soda. Horrible palate - almost feels like drinking a soda with hoppy taste. Hazy light brown. Im sure this must be a bad brew when i look at the other ratings. What a disappointment...

Bottled: Golden coloured. Hazy. Huge off white head. Fresh and fruity aroma. Some acidity. Flavour is light sour with sweetness and light herbal notes. After drinking harboe Yellow this is a very good beer for no. 2600.

An unclear yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a dusty note from the hops. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of straw, but also a slight acidity, and a thin body.

Snow white head, hazy pale yellow body. Very fruity aroma with a creamy touch and some sourness in the background. Has a funny milky toffee tone to it. Grainy and creamy flavor with notes of hay and a good fruityness. Quite sweet with a bit og bitterness in the finish. Not bad, not very exciting either.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Vaguely tart, citrusy aroma. Rather light-bodied with some malty sweetness and a very smooth mouthfeel. Almost no bitterness. 120106
