COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Transparent gold with a rocky white head. Nose is lightly spicy dough, citrus, moderate diacetyl. More poorly-aged flavor is doughy, cheesy, more butter hints, corn. Bit thin, lemon and cheesy, very sweet, overaged, a total mess in fact.

No great differences between 75cl bottle and on tap. Rather simple beer, light, golden blond, very dry and refreshing. A little bit fruity. Another fresh beer to have with a pizza. I like it.
