Bel colore dorato con schiuma fine. Al naso risalta subito la speziatura, fresca e pungente. In bocca davvero dissetante, con buon finale pepato che lascia una bocca soddisfatta. Va giù che è un piacere...

Tap at Open Baladin. Pours a light hazed golden yellow with a nice fluffy mousse white head- great lace. Aroma is herbal fresh cut grass, hay, cracker, light toast, lemon zest, spic- black pepper and phenols. Flavor is toast, grass, mineral, bready biscuit, light green mint- slight ginger, more pepper, herbal phenolic and very dry- clean and easy drinking. Awesome table saison.

Bottle. Hazy light yellow, large white rocky head. Wheaty aroma, lemons, light smoke, some spiciness. Loads more spiciness in the flavour, very fresh tasting. Dry finish. Light bodied, mellow and well rounded carb. Enjoyable, drinkable, perfect for summer.

Refreshing light ale with unnecessary spices added -- I’d prefer a spicy kind of yeast instead. Moderate bitterness. (75 cl bottle, BB 12/11)

Bottled. Hazy pale orange colour with big fluffy head. Dry, spicy cobwebby yeast aroma, grassy and bit bitter-ish already. Light bodied and citric. Accompanying bitterness and bid wild in the yeast profile. Italian herbs in the background, which is a bit disturbing.

Pretty good. Ultra light bodied. Peppery taste, aroma, and finish with some notes of cinnamon and yeast. Needs a little more strength to be a good beer. Highly carbonated and too fizzy.

Yellow with a small but lasting white head. Big herbal aroma, rather unique: Mint, nettle and sage. Dry an dcomplex herbal flavour with a hint of fruit

Bottle shared by jcwattsrugger. Very light saison pours a cloudy yellow. Nose and taste of coriander, spice, ginger, anise, Belgian yeast and pepper. Light and airy.
