Bottle @ Cole’s Italian Beer Tasting. Clear gold, thin white head. Nose is lemon candy, a little grassy. Flavor is lemon, pils malt, lots of grass. Kinda thin and the finish reminds me a bit of soda water.

750ml Bottle: Aroma of malt, yeast, dust, pepper, slight ginger, and marinara or pizza sauce. Poured a muddy orange/brown color with a tiny, white head that disappeared except for around the edges. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny and small-sized particles throughout. Flavor is lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, spices, coriander, pepper, barley, grain, and some tomato sauce. Medium body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Spice finish. What a waste of $35 for this bottle.

Capped 750 from Domus Birrae. Pours gold with a foamy off-whitehead. Aromas of perfume and earth. Med minus body. Flavor is earthy and floral. Hop seems to be noble. It’s a bit light, but tasty. Finishes dry and fairly bitter.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours clear yellow with a decent white head and a yeasty fruity aroma. There is a flat dry pale malt flavor with a slightly bitter finish. Not as fruity or as carbonated as most saisons, but more floral and bitter.

The saison pours cloudy light orange golden with a brighter white head. The aroma is herbal, almost considered by the tasting group as a headshop aroma with oil and smoking patchouli like notes. The flavors of the spices combined with notes of saison flavors and apples on a lighter body. Very easy to drink.

Bevuta in bottiglia da 75 cl. Color giallo leggermente opaco con schiuma abbondante di grana fine (troppo abbondante che fuoriesce dalla bottiglia appena stappata), al naso note mielose ma con una punta di citrico, al palato la fa da padrona la speziatura ma sempre presenta una nota citrica, forse bottiglia non a posto, da riprovare.

Draft at Open Baladin. Cloudy yellow color, massive white head, good lacing. Aroma of lemon pepper and bread dough. Taste is lemon, pepper, grapefruit and seven grain bread. Nice saison.
