COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unususal quanitities of Maris Otter Pale malt, generous use of caramel malt and a hint of crystal malt results in a golden to medium dark beer, 6 % ABV, with a lovely fullness and with tones of caramel. The beer is in a way a one hop bastard, as we have used the same hops for aroma and bitterness, Chinook. For more aroma we have used Cascade in the boil and perkulator.

Golden beer. Dry, flowery, some perfume, a little yeast. Light body give the chinook and cascade hops room to play.

Sampler at the brewpub. Hazy deep golden body with a dense tanned head. Cat piss and caramel malts on the nose along with herbal notes. Tropical bitter fruits in the mouth and gooseberry tones. There’s bitterness and acidity here but also a fruity sweetness that is more of a feeling than a flavor.

07.10.2009, on tap at the brewpub Trondhjem Mikrobryggeri. Golden amber colourwith white head. Aroma ismalty with nice aromatic hops. There is olso a nice bitterness. Nice beer.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-02-14) Golden and little bit hazy. Small white head. Fruitiness, bit of grapefruit and some pine in aroma. Medium bodied and dryish palate with medium carbonation. Fruitiness, some grapefruit, pine resin, pine and btiterness in taste. Fruity and bitter aftertaste.
