Fra kran på bryggeripuben 13 Jun 12. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Lavt skum. Svakt fruktig aroma. Smaken er syrlig bitter. Gjennomgående et syrlig preg. Litt kjedelig.

Tastes like a young and fresh Pale ale.. Of some reason this has the same color as the amber and bitter. I wonder if they use the same grainbill? Tastes of fresh hops, but not as much as I would like to have in a pale ale. It was hard to really taste the difference between this and the bitter. Maybe a little to dark in color for a Pale ale? Lacks maturing. But it’s a good beer for a great evening at Trondhjem Mikrobryggeri.

On tap @ the brewpub. Dark golden body with a thin off-white head. Aroma is mild citric fruity with a little caramel malt. Flavor is light and soft caramel malt with light fruit. The flavors are a bit subdued, but quite nice. Rather medium style pale ale, maybe a bit sweet considering quite light on the hops. Quaffable.

Taster at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a tiny white foam. Aroma is malty, dried fruits and alcohol notes. Taste is too sweet for me, rather unbalaced and raw. Light bodied.Strange mouthfeel.

Clear golden body topped by a grey film. Some lacing. Faint aroma of dried fruit, dades. Acidic, bitter, alcoholic and maybe a hint of honey. Unbalanced. too little sweetness to balance the bitterness. Mouthfeel is acidic on the verge of astringent. Light to medium body. Not their finest brew. (01.02.2010)

100ml and 470ml at the brewpub in Trondheim. Served a bit too cold. Dark amber in body colour with a single white patch on the surface. Dark malty aroma. Flavour is a mix of caramel malts and tart fruits - blood orange, may be. Finish off with moderate hints of hoppy bitterness. An allrounder and food friendly to a sweet-and-sour Wok with meat (12.12.2007)
