COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A tougher IPA with complex bitterness and loads of aroma. Brewed with Maris Otter Malt as a base, but there is rye and wheat in it as well. Bitter hops are Chinook, Nugget and Simcoe. For aroma Chinook, Crystal and Palisade.

Hazy amber. Lovely rye flavour, Russian rye bread blending splendidly with the hops. Bitterness bordering on the sour, yet some soft wheat malt feel, flowers and pines. Freshness in the best brewpub way, too. I had a sampler, first, then had a pint.
