"No filter". Slighty unclear. Fairly persistent off-white head. Sweetish and slightly crude hop aroma. Similar taste of Czech neofiltrovane pilsener. Low carbonation and round mouthfeel.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at the brewpub. An almost clear golden beer with a finger thick off-white head leaving some curtains. The aroma is lightly sourish malty, with fruityness and a faint touch of pine cones. There’s a decent bitterness in the flavor, some malty sweetness and pine cones. Grass and some hay. Medium body and a soft carbonation level, quite dry. Some metallic notes in the mostly bitter finish. A decent one, but far from impressive. 140621

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Fra kran på bryggeripuben 14 Jun 12. Gyldenbrun med et veldig lavt skum. Mye av det fester seg til glasset. Svakt fruktig aroma. Smaken fruktig med innslag av søt malt. Bra - men litt kjedelig.

Tastes like a young and fresh lager. Golden anc crystal clear in color. Tastes of fresh hops. There’s a funny aftertaste, and I can’t determine what it is. I heard that the pilsner is fermented in 12-14 days, and then matured in aprox. two weeks. This is clearly too little maturation time for a lager, and I think that’s the problem with the aftertaste. It’s a shame, as this really have a good potential.
