Oakes (10941) - Savusavu, FIJI ISLANDS - FEB 1, 2013

Hazy blonde, not much head. The aroma has some pedio and some yeastiness. The taste is actually sort of mild, with a touch of sweetish malt but also some slightly burnt phenols. We’ll call it rustic.
