Tap at TBC. Slightly darker than I was anticipating with a thin off white colored head. Aroma is get ready.... Rosemary & biscuity grains. Flavor follows suite with a nice dose of salt

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a big, fluffy, white head. Immediate mango and a lot of rosemary, with some lemon zest and white bread. Very sweet, and just a little salty. Low sourness. Light body, creamy, and just a little acidic. Overall, a very curious and interesting beer, but not really a combination that works that well, in my opinion.

This beer is something! Fresh garden taste with a bang of rose merry up front and a sour/tart finish that is common in a gose. Definitely not gonna drink three or four of these in a row but is tasty when just enjoying one. A must try if you find your way to TBC in Raleigh.

Pours cloudy with a nice golden hue. Heavy on the rosemary - not unpleasant and I donít like rosemary. Sessionable and great with some brie and bacon pizza.

Very cloudy lemon rind yellow pour with a minimal frothy white head. Rosemary is big on the nose, very herbal and lightly spicy. Somewhat sweet on the flavor, lots of rosemary. Touch of salinity and spice on the finish.

Tap at trophy. Pours super cloudy (well opaque, really) straw yellow with a small ring of white lace. Nose shows a super amount of rosemary and coriander up front. Smells like some rosemary foccocia bread. Flavor is similar though a little toned down from nose. The rosemary still takes over everything which is a shame cuz the base gose actually tastes pretty clean, snappy, and inviting. Salt is definitely evident in the finish.

On tap at TBC, Raleighwood. Love the idea here. Not having had too many examples of a gose, I was a touch surprised to find this beer - which is a beaut to look at, deep gold and nicely carbonated - was far less salty than expected. Just a touch of brine (with it a hint of tartness) in a way that accentuates the rosemary, though not to the point of making it one-dimensional. Gives the brew an overall bracing, refreshing quality.

On draft from the brewery. Pours a slightly greenish-gray very pale gold. As hazy as possible. Huge white head. Nose is lots of rosemary, wheat, slightly tart notes. Taste adds a salty character thatís a bit too much. Dial back the salt and push up the tart, and this would be awesome.

Tap at Churchkey for CBC. Poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma was rosemary - very herbal - just rosemary. I like rosemary. But this was a lot of rosemary. Flavor was rosemary, with notes of rosemary. Some light sweet gain notes. This was okay. Would be good to eat with something real meaty.

Pouring at the Saturday sessions of Extreme Beerfest. Pours a hazy gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Rosemary, nothing but rosemary. Soft sweetness, more rosemary. Sweet wheat, more rosemary. Very one dimensional. Crisp and clean yes, and nice in small amounts, and while I enjoyed my sample I think I would have trouble with a full pour of this, though thatís the beauty of events like this, brewers can make beers like this that work in small pours but donít translate well to a pint.
