3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On draft from the brewery. Pours a slightly greenish-gray very pale gold. As hazy as possible. Huge white head. Nose is lots of rosemary, wheat, slightly tart notes. Taste adds a salty character that’s a bit too much. Dial back the salt and push up the tart, and this would be awesome.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very cloudy lemon rind yellow pour with a minimal frothy white head. Rosemary is big on the nose, very herbal and lightly spicy. Somewhat sweet on the flavor, lots of rosemary. Touch of salinity and spice on the finish.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at trophy. Pours super cloudy (well opaque, really) straw yellow with a small ring of white lace. Nose shows a super amount of rosemary and coriander up front. Smells like some rosemary foccocia bread. Flavor is similar though a little toned down from nose. The rosemary still takes over everything which is a shame cuz the base gose actually tastes pretty clean, snappy, and inviting. Salt is definitely evident in the finish.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at TBC, Raleighwood. Love the idea here. Not having had too many examples of a gose, I was a touch surprised to find this beer - which is a beaut to look at, deep gold and nicely carbonated - was far less salty than expected. Just a touch of brine (with it a hint of tartness) in a way that accentuates the rosemary, though not to the point of making it one-dimensional. Gives the brew an overall bracing, refreshing quality.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at Churchkey for CBC. Poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma was rosemary - very herbal - just rosemary. I like rosemary. But this was a lot of rosemary. Flavor was rosemary, with notes of rosemary. Some light sweet gain notes. This was okay. Would be good to eat with something real meaty.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pouring at the Saturday sessions of Extreme Beerfest. Pours a hazy gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Rosemary, nothing but rosemary. Soft sweetness, more rosemary. Sweet wheat, more rosemary. Very one dimensional. Crisp and clean yes, and nice in small amounts, and while I enjoyed my sample I think I would have trouble with a full pour of this, though that’s the beauty of events like this, brewers can make beers like this that work in small pours but don’t translate well to a pint.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draught. Pours a hazy dark golden color with a moderate head. Nose has a fair amount of wheat in there, while the taste is a bit sour with some citrus in there.
