cloudy.. spicy.. not much head retention... nice spicy almost sour finish... i’m curious if the abv is actually 6.5 since I bought mine in NC with a 6% cap

Sep 5, 2008 (Bottle). Sweet fruity aroma. Cloudy yellow-orange color, with a large white head. Flavor is fruity and mildly sweet. Clean refreshing finish.

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle @ Café de Paas. Golden yellow colour, big white head. Aroma of hops, yeast, spice. Flavour is a bit sweet malty, yeasty and spicy with a nice bitter taste that lasts. Very nice blond beer.

Pours almost yellow color with a large fluffy snow white head. Lots of yeast sediment. Lacing is excellent. Aroma is yeast with a trifle of spice. Flavor is bready malt with a nice sweetness. Yeasty notes also evident. Notes of banana. The body is medium with a semi-dry finish. good refreshing beer.

Jul 22, 2008 on tap at Jimmy´s in the east village. Golden and cloudy, big head. Very very yeasty, spicy and a bit sweet. Not really that balanced. Something I didnt really like about this one
