330 ml. bottle. Pours a thick, very well retained white head, with extensive lacing, over a slightly hazy, dark gold (SRM 6) body.....nose is light malts, hints of peach, citrus tones, apple......taste is light malts with hints of floral honey, hints of pear, apple, finishing with a moderate, dry bitterness.....mouth feel light of medium, minimally sticky, carbonation adds light acid. This meets the style quite well and in fact is a BJCP calibration example of it. BJCP 8/3/16/5/8

Bottle from beernavigator. Mörkt gyllenfärgad, lite disig högt kompakt skum som ligger kvar länge. Mycket vacker skumkrona. Stor frisk doft av belgisk jäst, färskt hö och blombukett. Frisk, jästig, blommig och lite parfymerad smak, höig humlesmak med viss beska. Rena tydliga smaker, perfekt balans. En närmast perfekt belgisk blond som dessutom var mycket vacker i glaset.

Draught at bar. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, fruits, earthy notes, malts and grain. Bitter finish with citrus and malts. Very nice brew.

Sweet and malty aroma and flavour with brown sugar.
Surprisingly high bitterness.

Cloudy yellow with soft floral hop aroma. Mild hoppy taste with a bit more bitter aftertaste. Pleasantly drinkable.

This is the least troubadour beer i tasted... Still prettig Nice, its à blonde that tastes like à tripel, Very full for à blonde... Fruity aroma, citrus Nd some banana, some yeast also... Very Nice head... Moderate carbonization...

I get like .. A coockie/ buttery / dough taste, grainy , .. Weird , special , bit better than the mediocer beer .

Draught. Yellow copper. Malty bready, straw, on nose. Spices, bell peppers, a bit of creamy buttery flavours. Super soft body, fresh feel. Quite nice, fresh, fullbodied blonde.

Clear golden blonde with visible carbonation and plenty of lasting white foam
A scent of rather fruity (i.e. orange) sweetness, grains, a touch of hops
The taste is surprisingly strong and there’s also a decent alcoholic warmth. The hops come through quite strongly though the bitterness is balanced by the malts (almost cereal-like). Very close to a tripel with a hint of sweetness and some orange in the mix.
In the aftertaste I get more vegetable bitterness.
Definitely a solid brew but not that much to my personal taste.

Bottiglia sfortunata. Diacetile ovunque. Rating che dovrà essere aggiornato. Sono sfortune della vita. Decisamente da riprovare, perchè ricordo che la prima bottiglia non era affatto male. La seconda da dimenticare... Peccato... di nuovo.
