Bottle. Poured hazy copper with an average to large frothy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Complex funky hop and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration with a small alcohol bite. This is a interesting complex beer.

Pours mostly clear amber with some sediment in suspension. Big off-white head that leaves some nice lacing. Aroma has belgian yeast and citrus. Perfumey. Taste is sweet with some citrusy hops. Medium bodied and nice pleasant bitterness. Super easy drinking. Very tasty.

The aroma is fruity, hoppy, malty, and a bit plastic. The appearance is amber gold with a foamy head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. Overall a nice beer.

A wild beer with a strong aroma emphasis of floral and mild tropical fruit. The cascade hops though strong are not over whelming. The strenght is immaculate. Not for a casual drinker.

Pours orange yellow with white head. Smells like a tripel, sweet bubblegum and grainy and fruity. The taste is close to a standard Belgian tripel, if slightly less on the carbonation and fruitiness than some others. The grain is full and smooth with an up front orange peach bitterness that goes really well with the spritzy carbonation that make the palate well organized. It finishes smooth with a soft orange peel bitter and grainy sweetness, not much dryness. Very good and unique tripel ipa.

Another brew provided by Chipalsa. Thanks! Nose is fruity grapefruit, some spices, yeast, melon, and more hops haha. The body was a nice hazy orange color with a white head and sticky lacing. I got a lot of pine and orange zest paired with other fruity esters in the taste. I found the malt and hop balance spot on, making this one really dangerous and drinkable. This one was not overcarbonated, adding more to the drinkability. Good stuff. The first hoppy tripel I’ve had and it’s great.
