75cl bottle shared with ajax25g.

750ml bottle from Pick’s poured into a Chimay Trappist glass. Pours a cloudy orange with about 3 finger of off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, grass and grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Lots of Belgian sugar and honey with a decent bit of floral hops. Medium bodied with a thick and creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, pretty good. Not really what I was expecting but still very good.

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie, 12th November 2011 consumed at home 20th November 2011. Hazy orange/amber, with large frothy white head. Nice biting bitterness, soft mouthfeel, cascade hops really shine. The spicy yeastiness also shows, lengthy bitterness, a punchy sweetened grapefruit flavour, yum. A8 A3 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9
