Troubadour Magma is an amber colored beer with the bitterness of an American IPA but balanced with the fruitiness of a Belgian Triple. Enjoy the explosion of fruity aromas from the dry-hopping. -- A Triple IPA wich Czech bittering hops and Simcoe for Dry-hopping. Made by De Proef for Drie Musketeers, Ursel.

4/4/11 at papago. hazy orange with a soft white head. very sweet smelling... cooked peaches in light syrup, stewed dried apricots, orange peel, pale malt, grass and sweaty yeast. the flavor is cooked and vegetal... and too damn sweet!...bitter husky pils finish with notes of wood and yeast prior. it’s got a weird malt profile and total lack of hop balance. seems messy. medium bodied and slick from the sugar. 6/4/5/3/12/3

One of the fruitest IPA’s I have ever had. The aroma is fruit, citrus, caramel. The appearance is amber, translucent, white head. The flavor is sweet, fruity, citrusy. The finish is like grapefruit. medium in body. Very unique and enjoyable.

750ml bottle thanks to my buddy Fowler. Very dark golden orange brew with lots of fluffy white head. Aroma is very nice with citrus, malty sweetness, and some spicy Belgian yeast. Doesn’t taste as good as it smells - fruity and spicy with a good amount of hop bite. Quite dry and bitter in the finish. A bit expensive but still quite good.

Had this in november ’10 at cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot and again at Oisterwijk BM 2011. Color is a clear, slightly hazy dark orange with a creamy thich head. Hoppy fruity smell and fresh hoppy, fruity taste. Medium to full body, nice carbonation.

Sampler at CBF 2011-06-28. Hazy golden with an off-white, creamy head. Berries, light malts and herbs on the nose. Grainy sweet and bitter. Full body. Dry, long finish with an alcoholic warmth. Pleasant brew.
