Unremarkable IPA from Belgium. Contains the trademark Belgian high alcohol content without much else to make it stand out from the crowd.

33cl bottle. Filtered golden with medium white head. Nose : tart, spices like ginger, some alcohol , orange zest. Sip : low to medium density body with fluffy texture. Sweet with deep and bitter notes of burned charcoal, wood raisin and citrus zest. Tart. Alcohol. Overall itís an intensive beer with lotís of character. OK.

(33 cl bottle) Orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of apricot jam, oranges, citrus peel, caramel, with a hint of glazed carrots on the nose. Belgian yeast very present. Sweetish taste, but luckily with a bitter finish. Palate is full-bodied, with light carbonation. Alcohol not well disguised. A bit sweet for me, but this and the yeasty aroma indeed give it a Belgian touch. Good!

Hazy and golden in color. Nice white head when poured in the glass. Carbonation looks lively. Smell of citrus and earth. Good beer but needs more taste in my opinion.

Big citrussy bitter bite in the finish, very astringent. Tropical fruity front, orange and peach, gives nice diversity.

not much aroma. Cloudy orange color. Light sweet taste with a sort of spicy finish. Not that much hoppiness. Decent but lacking something.

330ml bottle. Nice clear reddish golden colour with huge firm frothy moderately lacing off-white head. Fruity hop aroma with grapefruit notes, peach, mandarin. Taste is initially slightly sweet fruity, peach and mandarin again, then dry and bitter hop notes gain weight up to a slightly soapy touch. Vestiges of alcohol in between.

(bottle; BBD: October 25th 2013) Pours an elegant, slightly hazy copper with medium, off-white head. Really good retention and lace. Aroma is initially hoppy with a slightly leafy/earthy character. Thereís also a faint hint of alcohol coming through. Oily texture, medium carbonation, full body and a slightly bitter and warming alcohol finish. A well balanced DIPA although I personally prefer the ones where the ABV is complemented by a more fruity hop character. I guess itís the simcoe used for dry hopping that disappoints me.

Hazy amber - orange beer. Good white head. Light soft palate. Sweet fresh orange and peach nested in lovely creamy malt. A little spice. Finishes soft and dry. Very tasty fruity beer, very very drinkable.
