3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy and golden in color. Nice white head when poured in the glass. Carbonation looks lively. Smell of citrus and earth. Good beer but needs more taste in my opinion.

Big citrussy bitter bite in the finish, very astringent. Tropical fruity front, orange and peach, gives nice diversity.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
not much aroma. Cloudy orange color. Light sweet taste with a sort of spicy finish. Not that much hoppiness. Decent but lacking something.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle. Nice clear reddish golden colour with huge firm frothy moderately lacing off-white head. Fruity hop aroma with grapefruit notes, peach, mandarin. Taste is initially slightly sweet fruity, peach and mandarin again, then dry and bitter hop notes gain weight up to a slightly soapy touch. Vestiges of alcohol in between.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
(bottle; BBD: October 25th 2013) Pours an elegant, slightly hazy copper with medium, off-white head. Really good retention and lace. Aroma is initially hoppy with a slightly leafy/earthy character. There’s also a faint hint of alcohol coming through. Oily texture, medium carbonation, full body and a slightly bitter and warming alcohol finish. A well balanced DIPA although I personally prefer the ones where the ABV is complemented by a more fruity hop character. I guess it’s the simcoe used for dry hopping that disappoints me.

Hazy amber - orange beer. Good white head. Light soft palate. Sweet fresh orange and peach nested in lovely creamy malt. A little spice. Finishes soft and dry. Very tasty fruity beer, very very drinkable.

Bottle 330 ml. Pours orange-amber with a thick creamy white head. Aroma: fruits (apricots), citrus (slight pineapple), hops and malt. Taste: well balanced. Slight bitterness. Malty sweetness. Palate: medium bodied, creamy texture. Overall: very refreshing. Maybe lacks a little bitterness. A very nice one!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
11.2 oz bottle pours a hazy orange brown with lots of rising bubbles. The frothy off-white head lasts and creates lots of good lacing. Aroma is not as hoppy as I thought it would be. Sure, there are lots of citrus hops, but also caramel and more spices than I’ve had in an IIPA before. Mouthfeel is oily and lively (due to lots of carbonation). Body is medium to full. Taste is on the bitter side, but no where close to some of the hop bombs in this style. Alcohol is definitely present in the finish. A very enjoyable beer which I could have mistaken for a Belgian Trippel

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle 341 ml. Cloudy amber with a small off-white creamy head. Heavy lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Flavor is sweet and hoppy with a strong malt presence and slight pine and caramel notes. Moderate to heavy bitterness. Body is medium and mouthfeel is oily and there’s a little alcohol warmth. Nice one!
