We all know this an IPA, not just a hoppy amber ale. Indeed it is a really great Belgian DIPA. Keep on drinking it. I love this brew. Probably because you don’t find too much good Belgian IPAs and here it is one. Or probably it’s just great by itself. Next time I will describe my impressions because for now I just want to enjoy it.

Stark, klassich in seiner Art mit Hefe, Hopfen und ein wenig viel Perlung. Wirkt aber stellenweise etwas billig und nicht zu Ende gebraut. Einfach ok.

Bottle from Bierzwerg in Greven. The beer has got a deep amber-brown colour with a steady head and smooth body. Aroma of Belgian yeast, hops and caramel. Taste of Belgian yeast, flowers, mild hops, fruits and caramel. More than an Abbey than an IPA...e.xpected more,

Hazy amber - orange beer. Good white head. Light soft palate. Sweet fresh orange and peach nested in lovely creamy malt. A little spice. Finishes soft and dry. Very tasty fruity beer, very drinkable.

Bottle from Greek e-shop Light amber to amber, clarity depends on the serving, medium off white head. Malty caramel aroma with light fruity/citrusy/piney hop notes, very light solvent-like(fusel alcohols?) aroma. Sweet, caramel malty flavor with hoppy flavor(citric/fruity), nice average bitter aftertaste. Very well made but not anything too exceptional.

Bottle@home. Amber haze. Huge foam. Good carbonation. Initial piney citrus. Therefore more fruity esteres and last spicyness. Very complex taste. Strong but interesting brew. Definately a highly recommended brew for the piggy taster.
