Troubadour Magma is an amber colored beer with the bitterness of an American IPA but balanced with the fruitiness of a Belgian Triple. Enjoy the explosion of fruity aromas from the dry-hopping. -- A Triple IPA wich Czech bittering hops and Simcoe for Dry-hopping. Made by De Proef for Drie Musketeers, Ursel.

dank, cork taste with hoppy finish. Very good. Superior drinkability. Reminds me of a Fantomé Noel with hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 33cl. Amber coloured with a sturdy white head. Lovely aromas of fruits which I can’t quite name. The taste is lovely. There’s fruits and bitterness but it’s still fresh. The aftertaste has a nice warmth of alcohol. Great beer!

"I like the combo of Belgian spicy yeast, fruity sweetness, and citrus & pine hops. Big beer, slightly warming, well carbonated, not a great triple or iPa, but a nice complex combo of both styles."

Nice, white coloured head. Amber and hazy. Aroma is malty (caramel), fruity (esters and hops), a little hint of alcohol. Taste is bittersweet with caramel notes, bitterness is a little bit alcoholic.

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber color. Big and lasting frothy foam head. Aromas are fruity: grapefruit, pineapple, carrot juice, hint of lychee, hint of pine. Well balanced. Taste starts sour. Once the palate clears, a strong bitter fruity taste starts to swell: carrot juice mixed with lychee, combined with an intense bitterness (presumably the Czech hops?) A little too much for me. Bitterness abates a little, which briefly reintroduces some of the beer's fruitiness, but shortly after the aftertaste is distinctly bitter again.
