Heel donker bier en een mooie dichte kraag. Ruikt naar hout, geroosterde mout. Vrij bittere smaak met veel mout .

Bottle at Doerak. Dark brown with big off white head. Sweet malts, cocoa, soft coffee notes, light herbs and some marzipan. Quite sweet with light herbal bitter finish. Sweet without too much character, but not bad.

Pours a very dark amber topped by about a finger of creamy tanned head showgin great lacing. The nose is smoky, earthy, nutty with some hints of leather. The earthy hops are fairly present. The taste is medium sweet toffee with a smoky/burnt backbone. Medium body with dense carbonation, strong mineral elements lead the finish with a baking soda feature on the tongue. Cheers!

Aroma is rokerig met melkchocolade en licht kruidig. Smaak is prima in balans van chocolade, suikers, wat peper en ander kruid, rozijnen en koffie met toffeecream. Donker met beige kraag die lang blijft.

33cl bottle at home from Mitra, Maarssen. Body is deep amber brown, head is big, rocky, brownish, mostly lasting, excellent lacing. Nose is sourish roasty, flavor is molasses, mild roasty, berry, caramel, herbs, chocolate. Heavy sweet, medium bitter, light sour. Finish is short lasting light fruity sourish, umami, slightly salty. Medium to full body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Not too easy, Interesting.
