bottle via trade with shcufj on BA
pale golden hue into my glass, small head with good retention. nose features inviting light caramel mixed with a bit of apricot, slight biscuit. Taste is underbalanced leaning to the malty side a faint hint of tannin. not much hop profile here. light to medium bodied.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle. Pours a hazy gold color wit a finger of dense white foam. Aroma is slight pale malts and floral hops. Taste is pale malts upfront, with a crisp floral citrus finish. Not bad, but nothing earth shattering. Very light, thin body with moderate carbonation.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy yellow orange pour with a soapy white head. Aroma of funk, grain, and toasted malt. Grain flavor with spice, toasted malt, and a hint of sour. Not a true hoppy APA, but I kind of liked it.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured cloudy orange into my Great Lakes Pilsener glass with a nice head. Holding it up to the light....a steady stream of bubbles were rising to the top from the middle of the glass, while the sediment was rolling down the sides, and settling on the bottom. That was actually more interesting than the Brew. Aroma of spicy clove, and mellow citrus. Taste is sweet malty with biscuit flavors. Also getting some grainy maltiness and a light toast. It isn’t a real hoppy Pale Ale, but I will rate this higher than most of the other ratings on here.

Eh, not so much, Kind of skunky flavor. Mild hop bitterness in the end. Nothing worth hunting down.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours a golden amber body with a faint white head and no real retention to speak of. Dry and floral hop tones, a pinch of citrus sweetness with a dry bread y earth finish. Eh average.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours cloudy gold after an explosive opening. Large white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Mild hop aromas. Tropical fruits upfront turning to butterscotch before the mild citrus finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Hazy dark golden colour. OK stable white head. The flavour has a spicy hop note. Not much else. Tastes good, though.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
355ml bottle from jsprime. really not a lot goin on here. pours hazed light orange with a white head. minimal aroma of biscuit malt, no hops in the nose. the flavour is again lightly malty, again with no hop flavour. finishes balanced and dry. not a bad beer but not even close to an ipa.

I’m not going to even bother to give an elaborate description of how mediocre this beer is. Sure I’d take it over most macro’s...but the word "most" already serves justice to this bland micro. I wouldn’t turn my nose up at it if i were in Vermont. But I certainly wouldn’t seek this beer out either.
