Oct 10, 2007 @VT Beerfest–on tap-pours a thin creamy light tan head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is sweet medium malt, some yeast. Taste is sweet medium malt-rock candy, some yeast, some spicy hops. OK effervescence.

Jul 28, 2007 Vermont Brewers Fest ’07. Pale golden with light cloudiness. Yeasty and fairly spicy in the nose. Clove and apricot but also some fairly dirty higher alcohols that come out. Palate is a bit thick and quite sweet. Fat, oily texture... not a great example.
