Sep 8, 2003 A commercial description of this beer reads" A Refreshing light bodied beer for those new to craft brews. Brewed to taste similar to American Lagers. ", I say why bother.Not my style.Next to nothing in the aroma and flavor department.Water with a bit of back wash has only slightly more bosy than this beer.But I must admit, if it keeps the patrons happy and they don't have to carry macro swill..god love them.

Mar 20, 2003 Pours with a very pale yellow body topped by a thin white head with some lace left behind on the glass. Grainy malt aroma similar to freshly mashed malt. Sweet grainy malt flavor with a subtle bitter hoppiness and a mutty finish. Very flavorful for such a light beer. Light bodied, slightly dry and smooth.
