Apr 26, 2006 Draught sample at the brewpub. A decent bit of lace and some retained light off-white topping appear above a clear medium amber body....spicy Chinook interacts nicely with citric, sharp Cascades, pungent and enticing the nose with wafts of peach and vanilla also.....on to the tongue, which is greeted by dry fruits, a big woody hop attact towards the finish, very little residual sugar....this is as dry as an APA can be without degenerating into thin bitter mineralic hop juice, refreshing and biting and perfect for spicy food....quite lovely.

Apr 27, 2004 American hop aroma noticeable without overwhelming. Dark golden colour with white head that recedes to ring. Initial bitterness slightly harsh and vegetal but becomes a nice lasting bitterness with toasty, nutty malt base to support. Medium light body.

Aug 16, 2006 Updated: Sep 28, 2007on tap-pours an offwhite head with copper color and effervescence. Aroma is citrus, malt, sweet. Taste is medium citrus hops with a bite, secondary malt. OK/mild carbonation.
