Commercial Description:
An ultra-premium Bavarian-style wheat beer at 5% alc./vol. Yellow colour with slight, natural wheat beer haze. Subtle aromas of yeast and delicate ripe banana. Slightly tart and mildly malty with a perfect balance between flavours of clove and banana. Silky mouthfeel. Wonderfully refreshing and thirst quenching. Enjoy with fruit salad, seafood and shellfish, egg dishes, smoked meats, lemon and other fruit pies and cakes, and edam and swiss cheeses

Light body. Sweet - icing sugar, some understated banana and phenols. Pale tan, cloudy, not so much head though. Slightly grassy notes, phenols, banana, sweet malts in the aroma. A little wet in the finish. I like the structure, but it's too light on the palate for my tastes.

Tap at the Manx Ottawa. Hazy yellow blond with a banana and sulfured rotten eggs aroma. Fresh wheat malt with a hint of lemon (due to slug) and a lighter body. Banana taste is on the synthetic side.

Lovely banana aroma. Big white head. Superb drink ability, maybe slightly too sweet to be great but well made overall.

(Draught) Pours a medium, white, quick-dissipating head with a cloudy, yellow body. Nose of artificial bananas and bread. Slightly wheaty flavour with tart-sweet bananas. Fizzy, acidic and unbalanced.
