COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after the faithful old red truck brewer Sam Fuss used to roll around West Australia in, this is a take on the traditional European Marzen style. Pouring a ruby orange, it’s a clean, malt-driven beer with biscuity malts to the fore.

On tap @ The Scratch. Beige heads sits proudly for a minute and then collapses. Strong copper red colour like burnt sunset. The flavour is light and there are lots of malty caramel flavours. A really good beer.

Tap. Copper with a small cream head. Aroma of fat caramel and grass. Quite light mouthfeel. Taste has plenty of caramel and biscuit flavours that are more delicate than suggested by the aroma. Balancing bitterness. Refreshing.

On tap at the brewery. Very nice. Aroma of caramel, with hints of pine. Taste is sweet, with average length. Palate is oily, with a thin-to-medium body. Amber, with a frothy head.

Tap - Orange color with good level of head. Fresh, crisp beer with strong biscuit flavors. Not too bitter either.
