Cask, Railway Tavern, Chelmsford, 12th February 2015. Good solid creamy lacing. Traditional bitter appeaeance. Very clean, great malt, hoppy and fruity in the finish. A little too much crystal for me. Quite sweet. For a bitter it is quite hoppy but very well made. Caramel, toffee and some strawberry. Some old sock elements too. Heart warming finish. Plenty of blackcurrants. Bramling Cross? Definitely some Fuggles and Goldings. Traditional English beer by a Master German brewer
