COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Trumansí Seek & Save is a gorgeous chestnut brown and weighs in at just 3.5%. It has a healthy kick of hop bitterness, all balanced with fresh fruity flavours. And like all Trumanís beers, it is superbly easy drinking. The perfect ale for supping on a spring evening.

Handpull at Southampton Arms. Slightly hazy amber-gold with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma and taste very much a mild bitter, like slightly sweetened ice tea with plenty of lemon, just a touch grassy - still, a bit watery, a whisper of astringency, quick finishing. Very refreshing, if simple and undercarbonated.

(Cask at Tapping the Admiral, Camden, London, 19 April 2012) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with toast, nuts and dark fruit. Malty taste with notes of nuts, toast, caramel, dried fruit and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Rather thin body, with a certain malt sweetness. Decent and quite drinkable. (It seems to be brewed at Everards according to the Trumanís website, but if someone knows better, please correct me on that.)
