12oz green bottle pours a light golden liquid with a smll white head and little carbonation. A bit of grain and malt with a distinct flowery aroma. Taste was smooth, pleasant, with just a bit of flowery hops, rather distinct and almost fruity. Clean mild finish with just a bit of hops.

Tap at The Local Taphouse Melbourne. Pour is a clear straw with a decent, bright white head. Okay lace. Nose is rye malt, raw grain, some bread and lemon. Taste is bready, malty, doughy, not much grassy hop character. Barely bitter and more sweet grainy that bitter and dry.

Pours pale golden with fizzy bubbly white head. Good carbonation. A bit weak aroma of hops, malts and fruits. Crispy hoppy mouthfeel. Acidy hoppy, dry flavor. Thin body. Sour lean palate. Finishes perry sweet first turning into dry tart hoppy aftertaste.

bottle. Pours clear light yellow with fizzy creamy white head. Aroma of classic pilsener malts and hops, corn. Taste is the same but with some skunk that grows more prominent on the finish. It gets you drunk I guess.

Pours a very pale golden straw with modest white head. Aromas of lemon, cereal grain, and grassy hops. Taste is lightly tart, mostly dry, with cereal malt base, citrusy fruit, a peach/almond note, and a grassy floral finish. Light body, soft texture, and sharp cleansing carbonation. Subtly complex and integrated flavors, very high drinkability, and expertly balanced. Probably the best pilsener I’ve had.
