May 20, 2008 Pours a light straw gold with a fairly thin white head that goes away after a minute. Aroma is "skunky", typical of a green-bottled beer. Nice hops balance, crisp finish. Nice beer for a summer day. Pair with a quality hot dog and mustard, along with german potato salad.

May 13, 2008 Bottle@Home. Floral aroma mixed with apricot. Interesting for a pilsener. Pale golden color, white head, good lace. Light malty, soapy, floral and bitter. Malty mouthfeel and dryish in the finish. Refreshing.

Aroma – Light pale ale aroma. Very light hops.
Appearance – Light golden color, clear with a nice head.
Flavor – A decent pils flavor light malt with a super light flavor of hops.
Palate – Crisp Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A very easy to drink beer noting super special about the beer. Good for a hot summer day.

Apr 28, 2008 Draft. Poured golden with a tall white head that left some lacing as it settled. Grassy aroma. Enjoyable Pils flavor with hints of lemon and a light malt background. Light body that starts slightly sweet but ends bitter. (Rating from Oct ’07 in Graz, Austria)

Apr 25, 2008 Pours pale gold with a 2" head, some lacings.
Aroma is modest and pleasant. Some floral notes.
Taste is sweet malty with a slight bitter hop finish. Fine mild flavor. Very easy to drink lots of these.
Overall a pleasant experience. Perfect fo when you want a lighter beer with good flavor.

Apr 24, 2008 bottle from Interspar Bregenz. Clear pale golden colour, large and creamy head. Very intensive hoppy aroma, flowery. Full-bodied, very hoppy in a flowery way, bitter-sweet with hints of Saaz hops. Reminds me of good Czech 12° lagers, although this one is more flowery and perfumy. Well-matured, pleasant mf and carbonation. My first Austrian beer since a long time - and what a surprise, this is superb!

Apr 21, 2008 Draught; sample from Trumer Berkeley Brewery, CA Pale gold, with a small white head. Leafy, slightly grassy nose, with loads of pale malts. Extremely malty taste, typical pale malts, and just a touch of good EU hops in the finish. Bit of diacetyl all the same. Lightly, bit fizzy. More than decent Pilsener, and no doubt a true rendering of the original.

Apr 11, 2008 Clear yellow. Moderate sized head, some lace and retention. Aroma is grass, some bread, somewhat buttery. Body is medium to light, bitterness is moderate to high. Very drinkable and refreshing.
