I have a feeling it can not take much abuse from light in that damn green bottle. Anyway...this beer was pretty suprising to me. Nice color, decient head retention, pretty good aroma but you can tell it was made for the masses, the miller light drinker can appreciate this one thinking it’s the best beer he ever had. I think it is a little pricey but I have purchased it more then once due to limited selection at my store. But ofcoarse, I even purchased the Trumer glass, sooo...it’s a pretty good over priced beer. hombrepalo (763), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Poued like many other pilsners, clear yellowish color with lots of head. Crisp taste, some distinct flavor with lots of carbonation. Slightly above avrage taste, with lingering flavor. It’s an pk beer! Rune (2787), Tromsø, Norway
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Dec 10, 2007 300ml vom Fass shared with Eva at Krah Krah in the old town of Wien. Light straw under a lasting, white head. Discreet floral and fruity smell. Initial taste is rather sweet offset by lemon and hay. Light bitter and semi-dry ending. Crispy mouthfeel. Refreshing as a quite good pilsener should be (01.12.2007). dyetube (404), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Dec 10, 2007 (this is from my notes as I drank this at a basketball game.) This beer pours a golden yellow with a good medioum white head leaving some good lacing down the sides. Aroma is light with hops that seem a little astringent. The flavor is not what I expect from a pilsner. But to me it wasn’t horrible. This is better than the plain domestics but really lacking for a pilsner. Cheers! I personally do not like the taste of it in a bottle, but I love it on tap. This is, of course, Stateside.
In Europe, I enjoy it both in the bottle and especially on tap. riversideAK (2685), Shoreline, Washington, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 22, 2007 Nice gold color with little head. Sweet and grainy in the aroma. A little grass. Flavor is similar with a grainy sweetness with a crisp hoppy finish. Not exactly my favorite. It was boring and average. CapFlu (3481), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

Served in a kolsch glass. Pours lasting thin white foamy head. Nose of wet grain and crisp hops. Flavour has a minor corn tongue. Not a bad pils at all.
