It’s a pils if a pils is a pils. Nobody’s rocking the boat with this stuff, though they do have some sweet logo glasses down at Hamiltons. Aurelius (2647), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Pours a hazy slightly orange-golden color with a creamy white head. Aroma is fresh floral and herby with a light maltiness, a bit of lemon grass and soap. Tart refreshing pilsner flavor, sweet grains, citrus notes, flower petals and a bit of spice. Crispy carbonation and light to medium body. Nice example of the style. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 30, 2007 Served on tap at Romans Pub in Milwaukee, in the correct glassware. Mike was fighting with the tap but wasn’t about to serve until he had the pour just right - much appreciated. Beer looks very desirable - clear pale yellow in a tall cylindrical glass. Aroma light mut pleasant. Flavor just slightly sour, some detectable hop bitterness. Light-medium moiuthfeel, not bad for a pilsner. 5000 (2409), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 30, 2007 Bottle: Pale yellow, quite clear, large foamy white head, fairly nice lacing, light carbonation.   Sweet grassy nose, pale malts.   Very soft grassy malt profile on the tongue.   Very clean.   No real noticeable hops.   Very pale example, but very clean, VERY clean.   Fairly crisp too.   Moderate to full body, moderate mouthfeel.   Soft pale grassy malts on the finish, very soft.   I am impressed with how clean this is, no nasty lingering aftertaste.   Smooth...
