2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
The bottle poured clear, light straw color, with a slight tint of green. The half inch white head quickly disspated but held a thin head. Mild aroma of lemons, grass and yeast. The flavor is lighlty peppery, as a pils, with yeast in the foreground and well balanced hops. Like an upgraded PBR out of a bottle. Very drinkable.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Brewed in Berkeley: I’ve seen this one for quite awhile. With it being higher priced than most of the beers in this group, I wanted to see why it was more expensive. Luckily, I found a place where I could just buy a single bottle. Aroma is grassy, slightly skunky and malty. Appearance is a light yellow color, great carbonation and nice lacing. Mouthfeel is light and crisp. Flavors are also grassy, very minimally bitter, slightly malty. Overall a good, refreshing summertime beer. If it weren’t so overpriced, I’d probably buy more!

Bottled in Berkeley. Light straw color with a nice white head. Aroms is fairly skunky with some grassy notes and slightly malty. Fairly light and smooth malty taste with a crisp hop finish. I agree with Naven that it is very similar to Pilner Urquel.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Unfortunately this was served to me warm at the Hotel HP Salzburg and it did not even quench my thirst. It was a non-deScriptive lighter tasting pils with little characteristics to remember it by.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
tap. refreshing in this heat. Aromas of a typical European Pils, perhaps less pronounced in the wheat department.
Fairly well balanced between malts and hops, a hint of grains.
It is lacking the metallic taste that many European Pilseners have. All in all very drinkable but not spectacular.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
My bottle says it was bottled in Berkeley, but it screams Europe. When I opened it, it smelled like a skunk had just done his thing right on my face. Actually, it was a little overbearing. This beer pours divine, but it pretty much tastes like a Pilsner Urquel, which is fine enough, just not my cup of tea at the moment.

3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled in Berkley CA! Poured a standard German-style pils ... bright golden with a respectably foamy white head. I could smell the corn starch 2 feet away, but this drinks exceptionally smooth and light, with a light crisp hoppy finish.
