Bottle. I have been led to believe that this beer has some standing in the hipster community in California. Makes me glad I was born when I was. Nose is skunk, lemon, skunk, toast, and oh, yeah, skunk. Pours a pee-yellow with a cafeteria-mashed-potato lumpy head. Very little carbonation, which matches the very little taste somehow. This isn’t beer, it’s tainted water.

Bottled@CPH BF 2011. Yellowish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is bready malts, some herbs and quite earthy. Flavour is beinge bready malts, some grains, grass and mild herbal notes. Quite cheapo feeling over this one.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours clear yellow with a small bubbly white head. Grain, straw and hay. Dry and bitter flavor. Clean but a bit bland.

Bottle.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hoppy, vegetable notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, cardboard notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110527]

Hopfiger, leicht malziger Antrunk, der zum Mittelteil stärker wird. Weiterhin durchgehend hopfig, im Mittelteil sowie Nachgeschmack leicht bitter aber auch wässrig. Einfaches Pils. Test vom 20.5.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,9,9,7,9,9 - 8,50

Bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Sweet and malty aroma of hay, caramel and hops. Malty flavour of hay, grass and hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pale golden, medium head. Hoppy aroma with some bread. Taste is crisp and bready. Medium hoppiness in the finish. A clean and unassertive pilsener: would be a nice session beer.

Lively carbonation and eventually dissipating white foam. Crisp malt and floral, grassy hops. Dry finish.
