| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 26, 2009 Updated: Nov 21, 2009On tap at Blue Chalk in Palo Alto during the Stanford-Cal game. Not many good options there. This beer is OK, but nothing special really.
Pours clear light golden-yellow color with a medium-sized, well-retained white head.
Aroma is somewhat light. Pale malt, grain, and grassy hops. Typical pilsner profile with not much more there.
Flavor is pleasant. Grainy with 2-row malt, along with a clean and crisp grassy hop presence. Not bad at all, but really not in the same league as something like Victory Prima Pils.
Light on the palate with a clean, fairly dry, and slightly bitter finish.
Drinkability is high, but this is really a pretty drinkable style overall, and this beer doesn’t stand out from other pilsners in that respect. AgentSteve (1379), SF Bay Area, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 27, 2008 On tap on a hot day, this was quite nice and clean. Typical pale gold Pilsner pour with a decent bubbled white head. The nose is a bit bitterr, as is the flavor, along with some bready malt. Dry clean finish. | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Mar 24, 2005 On tap at Jo & Joe’s Downtown in Durham, NC. Beer pours a clear yellow color. Has no significant aroma to speak of. Nearly flavorless and boring as hell. This is the kind of thing that gets popular in America because it’s imported and not because it’s good. I swear I had it once in a bottle and thought it was a little better. ilovedarkbeer (1369), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 16, 2007 Smooth at first then sweet after. Unbalanced floral taste with a bitter finish. A pretty weak pils but can be refreshing. Sully (1367), Woolloomooloo, New South Wales, Australia
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jul 6, 2003 A pale urine colour. Probably too pale to be acceptable. This is a beer that could offend nobody if fresh in the bottle. Negligible hop presence and reasonable malt balance, meaning that it is fairly lifeless. Dorqui (1365), Brescia, Italy

Creamy and adherent head of good duration. Bitter and light alcoholic scent with notes of malty, cereals and dry grass. Pungent and lively taste even if a lot washed out. Long-lasting bitter, decidedly refreshing even if of short persistence. scrizzz (1352), kirkland, Washington, USA
