Light straw color with a bright white tall head and light lacing. Light noble hops and hint of pale sweet malt. Light malt sweet start, evaporates quickly. Dry hops and pale malt middle. Rather bitter and slightly acidic in the finish. A mid-level pils. Definitely sharp and crisp, perhaps a touch too much so.

Bottle@Home. Floral aroma mixed with apricot. Interesting for a pilsener. Pale golden color, white head, good lace. Light malty, soapy, floral and bitter. Malty mouthfeel and dryish in the finish. Refreshing.

Bottle: Pours a clear yellow color with a nice white head and some lacing. The nose is lightly malty with a touch of biscuit and some bitter metallic hops shining through. The flavor is thin with a touch of toast and ample bitterness shining through for a pilsner. Quite right to style in the bitter department actually. Needs a little help on the malts. More European stuff.

Bottle, GBBF, August 2005. A serviceable, but lightweight German style pilsner. Vary pale straw colour - a bit anaemic looking. Faint aroma of grassy hop, with a touch of sulphur. Lean mouthfeel, with limited flavour. Some light, late hops. Not much to latch on to here.

Draft. California version of this brew. Poured clear amber with medium white head. Aroma was medium with no strong character. Flalvor was dry and pleasing with a medium finish. Good drinkable bar brew.

Bottled - GBBF 2005. A straw blonde coloured, very clear beer with low carbonation. The aroma is quite grassy and lagerish. The taste is dry and lagerish. Not much hop note.

Suddenly, this beer seems to be in every print ad on every airplane I travel on. It’s a decent pils, but nothing great. It’s pricey also, so i wouldn’t use it as a lawnmower beer either.
