330ml bottle (Stockmann, Tallinn)
5+ without yeast, just a few spikes of bananaey esters. With all the yeast, it’s mellowed, but less interesting, and in fact rather dull.
3 You could pour this clear if you wanted to, but if you swirl the bottle, you get a hazy pale orange with quite a bit of sinky chunks, a bit off-puting.
5+ Fairly dull weizen taste. Pre-swirling, it was prety OK estery krystalweizen. After adding the yeast, it’s breadier, and the banana is again more rounded and mellowed. do prefer the latter.
3 Crisp carbonation, a refreshin g but full palate. Finish quite bready, and with an OK bitter bite, but there’s no fullness to the hops, no aromaticity. But even the bite’s better than nothing.
11 Sounds worse than it was. It was pretty acceptable, but lacking the wow a good hefe can bring.

330ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Banana,yeast and spice in the aroma. Tangy taste with notes of banana,lemon and cloves.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with huge foam. Yeasty aroma. Taste is quite sweet and fruity. After some hoppy tones. Refreshing

Cloudy yellow/orange body. Fine head. Yeasty aroma with some cloves. Rather dry taste. There is some light nuttiness in the finish which is unusual for the style. Nice change from the typical banana/bubblegum hefeweizens.

gold medal straight away at the DLG, the hardest beer test in the world. distinct fruity aroma, particularly bananas and melons. smoothness, achieved through the higher original gravity and the lower carbon dioxide content. multiple and elaborate brew method guarantees rich consistency.

Draughft in Salzburg, Austria. Very dry and frothy. A lively minerally start leads to a bitter bubblegum. Interesting!

Bottled(500ml). -Weizen by the book. Cloudy dark orange coloured, typical big head for this style, banana nose. Banana is dominant here. Pleasant wheaty and spicy with acidic lemony finish.Very refreshing. My third Trumer and by far the best.
