3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear lemon color with a small persistent white head. Aroma reminds me of a soft pretzel, biscuit and sea water. Taste too reminds me of a warm soft pretzel (to me this is a nice thing) with wheat, biscuit, lemon, salt. I would love to try other salt beers!

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at the brewery. Poured a pale lemon color with a small white head. Smell is fruity, light grass, grain, and bread. Taste is lemon citrus, biscuit, bread, definitely salty, sweet corn, and grain. Mouthfeel is light and soft carbonation. Not a bad summer beer and I was really expecting more salt. Its there but its not overwhelming.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy yellow with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, grass, big salty notes with some slight fruity notes, hint of yeast and milky notes as well. Taste is salty corn husks, some grain, biscuit, bread, earth notes, touch of fruit, finishing with some slight yeast notes, dried out well. Very interesting and one of the most salty beers I’ve had.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy light gold with a pleasant biscuity wheaty aroma with a weird but not-unpleasant yeasty funkiness. Taste is light and wheaty with a chewy yeast tone, a light bit of cracker, and just a subtle hint of salt on the clean finish.
