Fra cask på Market Porter, London Bridge 20 Mai 11. Brun. Lavt filmskum. OK plommearoma. Smaken det samme: Plommer med innslag av klementiner. God - men uvariert.

Cask at The Market Porter. Pours light amber with a creamy white head. Light aromas of citrus and fruit. Flavor is mild caramel overawed by fruit and floral bitter. It fiishes nicely bitter. Quaffs brilliantly.

Half arsed research seems to suggest that the Tryst Brewery are conducting trials using American hops with their beer and that this may be the offspring of such a mating. The aroma of the beer was excellent and although darker in colour than expected the flavours were punchy with a sweet balance. Andsled is prepared to sell its body for experimental research of this nature.

Cask @ The 3 Judges. Malty aroma. Hazy amber brown colour. Sour vegetable hop flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Disappointing.
