Scopey (6239) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 27, 2013
Bottle at Jake’s Place, Edinburgh. It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The nose is farmyard, pine and earth stewed orange. The taste is smooth, moderate bitterness, grapefruit, lime, light resin and light farmyard with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Ok, but a bit too much farmyard action for my liking.

mjs (4488) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 8, 2012
(Cask at Gallows Bird, 20120908) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had butter, malts and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, butter, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. Overall impression was musty and the diacetyl pushed through quite heavily.

Cask at the Gallows Bird, Espoo, Finland. Slightly cloudy golden colour with tiny white head. Strange aroma of fruit, diacetyl and gooey malt. Flavour is not good. Unbalanced. Fruits, hops, touch of bitterness, malt and some factor x that makes this not so pleasant. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
