Bottle, bb 01/15. Pours a hazy orange brown with a slightly off white head. Aroma is caramel, cake maltiness, light marmalade. Medium body, medium carbonation. Woody, with light pine, caramel, grapefruit, orange, rye toast... Good bitterness. Decent.

Bottle. Sweaty aroma with a little pine. Flavour has yeasty funk with some bitter pine. It all feels a bit experimental and not fully realised.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Quite an easy one with a bit too much carbo but nice hops and vanilla in the aroma. Thin but quite drinkable.

Bottle from BenH - many thanks to you! The beer pours out in a cloudy golden-amber colour with steady low head and medium body. Nice aroma of fresh hops and nuts. Taste of spicy fresh hops, leaves, earth, citrus, spruce and herbs. A very down-to-earth IPA - solid, easy and nice drinkable, refreshing- I enjoyed it.

[330ml bottle, the Beer Hive, Edinburgh] Slightly hazy deep golden colour, with a small white head and bready lacing around the fringes. Aroma is sweet honeysuckle and orange. Taste is bitter, slightly soapy, leading into a very bitter, dry bread finish, before the hops arrive. Finish is a bit muddy, but it’s not too bad [24012014]

Bottle. Copper with little sad attempt at a head. Aroma is a little bit funky withsome sharp sherbety orange notes. Taste is quite orangey, little pine, also a bit funky. Sharp and a light sourness, bretty, flat and bbitter. Enjoting it more as I go on but suspect this is not how the beer was intended.

Bottle from Deeside Drinks Emporium. It pours clear amber with a thick off-white head. The nose is sweetish, stewed orange, digestive biscuits, toasty and light spice. The taste is grapefruit, lemon peel, spicy, toast, alcohol, brown brown and decent bitterness with a dry, somewhat citric finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit rough around the edges, but not bad.

Bottle from Cornelius. Murky amber body with a medium off-white head. Light carbonation. Excellent lacing. Aroma of sweet caramel, mango and orange. The flavour is a bit muddled and messy - caramel, orange and biscuit, with no one flavour coming to the fore. It feels like a slightly sharper citrus edge would just lift this a little more. Medium body with a sticky mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. I prefer Raj to this.

330ml bottle shared with jeevan - cheers! Pours amber with no head, very low carbonation, bit like a cask beer in a bottle. Dried orange peel aroma, alongside something grassy. Taste has a chewy orange quality, some caramel sweetness. Not impressed.
