Pours a lovely amber/orange with white head. On the nose its slightly hoppy and quite fruity. A solid orange and fruity taste runs through. Lingering bitter aftertaste. All round pretty good.

Bottle from deeside drinks emporium. Pours a hazed orange/brown with a thick frothed white head that lasts. Aromas of orange sherbet with a hint of citrus. Also a nutty biscuit touch. Flavours of a light caramel with a orange soup and slight biscuit leaving a piney linger. Quite nice.

[ As Tryst High Voltage ].
Unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, riped fruit, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140316]

Tasted this at the GRAF in the Briggait, Glasgow on 27th June 2014. Cask, handpump dispense. Clear amber in colour with a thin white head. Strong tropical fruit flavours wafting off this IPA in long intensity with mango, lychees and pomegranate to the fore. Gloopy, resinous mouthfeel and good lacing. Strong, mixed malt delivers a sweet fruitloaf base with juicy notes of grenadine, mango, red cherry and lychees in the heady tropical fruit mix. Strong hop resins impart a powerful fruity aftertaste which compliment the malt flavours really well. Strong malt again evident in the finish with syrupy sweet notes of rosehip, pomegranate and cherry present in the palate. This is a cracking IPA from Tryst and was very popular at the festival.

Bottle, bb 01/15. Pours a hazy orange brown with a slightly off white head. Aroma is caramel, cake maltiness, light marmalade. Medium body, medium carbonation. Woody, with light pine, caramel, grapefruit, orange, rye toast... Good bitterness. Decent.

Bottle. Sweaty aroma with a little pine. Flavour has yeasty funk with some bitter pine. It all feels a bit experimental and not fully realised.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Quite an easy one with a bit too much carbo but nice hops and vanilla in the aroma. Thin but quite drinkable.

Bottle from BenH - many thanks to you! The beer pours out in a cloudy golden-amber colour with steady low head and medium body. Nice aroma of fresh hops and nuts. Taste of spicy fresh hops, leaves, earth, citrus, spruce and herbs. A very down-to-earth IPA - solid, easy and nice drinkable, refreshing- I enjoyed it.
