COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
cask, special; added cherry flavour German malt & hops are fermented in hefeweizen yeast to create the distinctive banana nose for which it is known. A refreshing drink that offers something a little different to lovers of ale. Zetaland Wheatbier - available in cask and bottle at regular intervalsThe high percentage of wheat creates a cloudy effect in the glass as you would expect from many European beers.

[cask at the Holyrood 9A, Edinburgh] Pours hazily opaque, golden amber. Aroma is yeasty, slightly spicy, some cherry fruit. There’s less cherry on the flavour than I was expecting, it comes over as a solid hefeweizen - until right at the end, when cherry does arrive to sit on top of the finish, like a... [15022013]
