Can. Pours light yellow, with a fiery creamy head dissipating immediately. Aroma is sweet and quite sticky, with malt and honey. Medium body with average carbonation. Flavour is sweetly with honey, and maybe a some tiny notes of citrusy hops.

Pours a clear hay yellow. Smells and tastes like a typical pale lager, but better than most Chinese pale lagers.

Golden color. Little white foam. Smells grainy and sour. Tastes like nothing. Good job ching tao! Oh. P.s. when I tried to share this beer with my friends on the subway, they pretended like they didn’t speak human and moved to the next train car. Guess I should have shared a 512 pecan porter instead.

500ml Dose. Goldgelbe Farbe mit sehr kleiner Schaumkrone. Geruch minimal malzig. Geschmack wässrig, leicht malzig, säuerlich.

Obtained by a friend, directly from China. Clear yellow golden appearance with medium head. Light malty aroma with corn scent. Light body with medium sweetness and low bitterness. Citric finish. Very decent Pale Lager style beer.

Bottle shared by Andy at Darkness Day 2012 (brought this back from China). Pale yellow pour with minimal head. Very Skunky. Pretty nasty stuff.

Bottle 480ml, Nose is unexistant, aroma is watery with a kind of mango background, no malt, no hops, just a sweet carbonated liquid with light body and strange fruit notes, light peppery bitterness at the finish.

500 ml bottle shared by Lubiere (merci!). 08JL12.

App.: Clear light golden with no head. Aroma: Vaguely fruity, slightly vegetal, DMS, not much else, maybe some wet ash? Palate: Medium body, moderate effervescence. Flav.: Fairly fruity, not bad malt, that’s all; dry with a little bitterness and a lightly fruity, biscuit-ish malt finish.

A little like a cider.

Yellow gold in body with tight carbonation and a mostly lasting thin pad of white atop (unusual of a Chinese lager!), Hints at lavender and elderflower giving a pleasant floral edge to its otherwise sweet peardrop, corn and bready malt aromas. Prickly carbonation upfront otherwise it is smooth for the length with a fruity but dry finish. Delicate, dusty malt base with elderflower and lavender notes again playing a balancing part. Low bitterness, good length with a light to moderate body. Pear drops peak in, as does little lemon fizz-whizz giving a sharp tang to the side of the tongue. I tried this near on room temperature as the fridge of the off-license struggled to chill it. And it weren’t too bad. I’d imagine it would be killer sessionable chilled! (50cL can, BB 22/09/12, off-license near Chuansha, Shanghai, China)
