Just average larger. Can't find difference. Can't comprehend pricing for this beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Can) Clear pale gold with short-lived white head. Ok but subtle aroma - hints of honey and grainy malt. Light bodied and fizzy. Taste is ok for canned beer from Chinese minimart. Pleasant sweetness, not really malty, more candy, with some balancing tartness. Aftertaste isn’t great. It’s ok.

Durchaus trinkbares Bier von Tsingtao ohne Fehl und Tadel. Allerdings auch ohne Ecken und Kanten.

Pull tab on a can, holy shit. Clear gold, bubbly white head in a ring around the glass. Aroma and taste of shitty pale lager, nothing special, but not bad.

UPDATED: NOV 8, 2015 Selv om denne øl har fået en normal alkohol-pct. så er den stadig kedelig og har ikke meget smag.

500 ml pull-tap can bought at FoodWise in Shek Wu Hui, Sheung Shui.

Light blonde color; Half finger head and soapy white foam which fades in 30 seconds; Very small sticky lacing and fizzy carbonation; Sweet, slightly pungent aroma of malt, with strong rice, sugar, floral, bread, lemon and light grass; Mid to light sweet taste of moderate to light malt, with strong rice, sugar, light floral, light bread, lemon, light bitter hops and grass; Light body. Thin but slightly slick palate; Mouth feel is fairly moderate malt - slightly richer than most Asian macros - in a fair and slick background. Strong carbo and quite soda-like throughout, rice is quite strong but without that annoying, customary raw grain taste. Notable sugary sweetness but not all that offensive either. Slightly bready, flowery and fairly notable hops to round. Not too bad… Hoppiness is floral, light lemon and light grass in nose and stronger in taste. Bitterness is macro-light but more notable for an abrupt, low astringent sweet-bitter finish; Slighty dry after taste. Fairly easy to mouth.

Comments: Who was Hans Christian Augerta by the way? Has he been alive today he should feel honored that a much maligned macro brewer has a beer named and ballyhooed after him. Turns out this beer is better than most malt-deficient, overtly sweet, and cardboard-infected Chinese and Asian macros. Hoppiness is stronger and so does the rice. A somewhat presentable and drinkable Pale by Tsingtao, so I guess Mr. Augerta won’t be turning in his grave after all.

330ml bottle purchased at a Chinese supermarket in China town, London. Clear light yellow with frothy white head pour. Aroma is grass and weak hops. Taste is wet cardboard and hops. Not bad for a Chinese beer...

From can in Xiamen, China. Pours a golden yellow with no head or lacing. Aroma is cereal and floral. Taste is sweet, a little malty, with no noticeable hops. Drinkable, even pleasant.

500 ml can. Canned on 2014/07/07. From China. Thanks so much Jere!
Clear faint golden colour with a small foamy white head. Sweetness, sugar and some malt in the aroma. The flavour is sweetness, mild grainy notes, maybe corn, mild herbal notes and malt. Not the worst Chinese pale lager around.
