COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water. The domestically-grown hops used to brew Tsingtao are of such high quality that they are also exported to European breweries. Tsingtao also uses the finest yeast and barley imported from Australia and Canada in its brewing process.

NOTE: Under this entry, rate ONLY exported Tsingtao that roughly matches the ABV and local Tsingtao that matches it completely. If it differs in any way and doesn’t match the other entries under the brewer, please send in a bug report with the alcohol percentage, degrees plato (important!), the GTIN and preferably a link to a picture of both the front and the back label so that we can set up an entry.

Doesn’t really smell like anything. Looks and tastes a little like water, and like others have said is highly carbonated. Still tastes better than some American Lagars.

Pretty bland and mild. Worried whether it was full of lead, but I got this one for free so I tried it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a can at Chinese place in PE. Uninspiring beer as usual with the big ones. Works with sushi though.

A pretty run-of-the-mill Chinese macro lager with very little aroma and taste. It’s a beer, at least.

People’s Republic of China tick, had with dinner at the ODCR (old dirty Chinese resturuant) aka PFC’s. Bottle pours translucent light straw gold, mild soap like white head. Light visible carbonation. Nose is light grass and skunk intertwined. Taste is balanced sweetness and bitterness. Light grass. Light watery body. Pretty one dimensional, but aren’t all adjust lagers?

Sápadt, habnélküli, száraz ami alapban nem lenne baj de ennél gáz kategória... Nagyon kevés komló, nagyon kevés maláta íz és habja sincs. Méd in Csájna...

pale yellow with bbubbly head. Smells of nothing, mayby only hints of hay & metal. The taste is similar. Absent finish. A typical macro lager of absolutely no brightness.
