It pours out a rather typical straw yellow, not impressive, but the white head is thick and fluffy and hangs around for a bit. Aroma is crisp and malty, typical for a lager. Flavor is malty with a surprising hint of fruit, making it better than most macro-brew lagers. Texture is smooth and pleasant. Not outstanding, but OK, good as a companion to a meal.

Sep 10, 2008 Bad news. Smells and tastes like grass clippings thrown up from my rottweiler. No hops, malt, head or lacing. Generic ginger ale look without the bubbles. Run away from this one.

Sep 7, 2008 "The finest beer from China." Let’s see how this goes. Pours the typical straw color with rapidly disappearing head of a typical American macro. Smells of something not hops or malt. Maybe corn/rice? Reminds me of the Beast. That smell magnifies when you drink it and it actually has a watery aftertaste. I never thought that would be possible. Coors Light and MGD slap this thing silly. Save your $1 and don’t buy it.

Sep 6, 2008 Yellow to clear, light, white thin head, only slightly hoppy in aroma and flavor, slight hint of sweetness and malt, a nice balance, refreshing, a bit lacking in complexity and flavor for me.
