Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water. The domestically-grown hops used to brew Tsingtao are of such high quality that they are also exported to European breweries. Tsingtao also uses the finest yeast and barley imported from Australia and Canada in its brewing process.

NOTE: Under this entry, rate ONLY exported Tsingtao that roughly matches the ABV and local Tsingtao that matches it completely. If it differs in any way and doesn’t match the other entries under the brewer, please send in a bug report with the alcohol percentage, degrees plato (important!), the GTIN and preferably a link to a picture of both the front and the back label so that we can set up an entry.

Unoffensive and unimpressive. Very pale body with virtually no head. The aroma is light and sweet with a touch of apple. Thin palate with light carbonation. The flavor is smooth but bland. Light and moderately sweet. No bitterness to speak of. Meh.

Butelka 330 ml. Rozwodniony lager. Jakoś dałem radę, ale przyjemność niewielka. Uwaga na mokrą tekturę - zielona butelka podróżująca z daleka! Dodatek ryżu sprawia, że jest jakby płytsze i klarowniejsze.

Pours a straw/piss color from a bottle, not as much corn as I thought there would be in this beer, it was actually very refreshing. Had it right before a Sapporo, which was much fruitier by comparison. But I would drink this over an American macro. Okay beer.

Het standaard Chinese pils. Smaakt eigenlijk erg waterig, maar in deze hitte is het toch heerlijk.

ABV: 4,7. Importeur: Asia Express Food NL, German Version. 0,33 l Flasche aus einem lokalen chinesischen Restaurant. Riecht nach Weizen, Heu, leicht hopfig. Im Geschmack erst leicht süßlich, dann hopfig-würzig. Im Abgang ein leicht metallischer Geschmack

Pours a pleasant darker hay tan color. Had a slight chill haze, nothing bad. Very thin head. Has a surprisingly bolder body than what I would have thought. I always had a notion of a weaker watery brew.....no so. I detected a slight grainy overall taste with faint citrus overtones. Not a bad selection.

Dåse. Marginalt dårligere end Harbin. Faktisk skal man nok bare holde sig fra kinesiske makrolager. Ok makrolager generelt. Men damn det er svært at score godt øl i den koreanske provins.

Pale straw - smells weakly of bread and hay. Taste is sweet, very mild bitterness - flavor is too weak, but at least not unpleasant.

From a bottle at Epcot. Pours clear pale gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like pale malts, corn, grass, faint citrus, and some dough. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like pale malts, faint citrus, corn, grass, and dough.
